Shipping & Delivery

What is the cost of shipping?

We deliver all our products at a low-cost, Australia-wide flat rate of just $10! We also provide free shipping for orders over $100 for those big spenders.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Most items are shipped within the next business day of payment and deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

What happens if I get a broken product?

If anything were to happen to your package email us at and our team will get back to you.

Where does the package get dropped off?

Our couriers offer door-to-door service, so please have someone open the door to sign for your items. Otherwise, your products are fair game and the courier probably has kids of their own. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended.

If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods unattended. In this instance, liability for any loss, theft, or damage to your item is waived.

What type of courier drops off the package? 

We use carriers that are both convenient and cost-effective, including Australia Post, Toll and other select courier services.

Can I pick up my product at the company?

Unfortunately, customer pick-ups cannot be accommodated. So, please don’t show up at our offices looking for your purchases. We can only offer you a cup of tea, at best.

  • Brisbane, Perth - Approximately 3-7 business days

Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries.
