If you’re not satisfied with your Colorific purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases made from our website.

 

The guarantee period commences from the date you receive the product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date is assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

If a product was purchased within the 30-day period and a refund is requested, Colorific will refund the original product purchase price.

 

The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

• Delivery charges from Colorific

• Cost to return the product to Colorific

However, we cannot reimburse you for the weeks of silent treatment your child will give you when you take their toy away.

Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and original packaging with all accessories. We’ll be glad if you enjoy playing with your purchase, but not if you throw it back in the box and try sending it back.
