Ordering & Delivery

Minimum Order Value
Our minimum order value is $15 (incl. GST)

Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order you must call 1800 801 545 (free call within Australia) to see if you qualify for a refund.

Delivery
Exact delivery charges will be displayed when you reach the checkout.

We charge a flat rate for all locations in Australia of $10.00 (incl. GST)

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. If no-one is home on the day of delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place (hidden, sheltered) or it will be taken to the nearest LPO and a note left in your mailbox.

As a guide delivery times by region are as follows:

  • Sydney, Regional NSW & ACT - 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Melbourne & Regional VIC - 2 to 3 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Brisbane - 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Regional Qld - 5 to 10 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Perth - 5 to 10 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Regional WA - 7 to 12 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Adelaide - 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Regional SA - 4 to 6 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)
  • Tasmania - 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of dispatch (by email)

Returns Policy

If your item is damaged or defective:
Please call 1800 801 545 (free call within Australia) and have your emailed order confirmation or invoice available to you. The customer service line will take your details and the item details and you will be refunded for return post costs once the items have been received by us. A replacement will be sent to you.
If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your invoice on hand. A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.

Returning to Colorific

We do not accept returns if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the goods so please take your time when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date.
